Upgrade Fee Question

The below charge appeared on my bill this month (the first bill that I've received since I installed the 622 and the Dish1K). Is this a normal charge? I own the 622 and Dish1K outright and I installed both of them myself.

No it's not, you got screwed by the sytem, like many others have, call them up and make sure the charge gets credited.
