With all the negativity going on, I just want to let you guys know that I got a smooth sailing so far:
I bought my 50" panasonic plasma in Oct 07 and was waiting for a good deal to upgrade my Dish plan. Finally I saw the $100 Dishin it up offer for a 722, so I went ahead signed it up and without any issues I had my 722 installed on Christmas eve as per schedule (nice christmas gift). To my surprise I was told that If I pay by credit card, I will get another $50 credit.
I was skeptic about the $100 rebate, but I got credit in this month's bill so the net cost for me for 722 with 6 month free HD was $49.99 plus I am saving 5.99 on locals because I am using OTA.
