USB TV Tuner Card

Hi, I am wondering if the Avermedia AVerTV Hybrid Volar MAX will allow me to watch Dish Network channels on it?

Here's a more specific type:

My Dish is hooked upto the Dish Receiver, the Dish Receiver is hooked up to a TV Out Co-Axle Cable that I want to hook up to this USB TV tuner card.

Will this work?

It will work as long as the tuner card has an analog tuner in it.

It says it supports NTSC Analog TV, I don't know if it will switch to Channel 3 automatically.
