Uverse channel guide

I am looking for a listing of the Uverse packages, what channels are included in each and for what price. The site at uverse.att.com has a very poor pdf listing of all channels. I have been unable to locate the tier breakdown. Any help? By the way, a friend had uverse installed last week and the installers said they "ran out" of printed channel listings and would be getting back to him later!

Well they are different by area, as local channels are not the same in every U-Verse area. But last time I looked at the PDF, it had a key system, with symbols indicating which channel was in which packages.
