According to UVERSE, I can use CAT5 exclusively for connectivity to each Receiver they supply. As my house is new and has RJ11,RG6,RG59 and CAT5 pre-wired to every room where I'll have a UVERSE receiver, I'm wondering whether it would be best from a video quality standpoint to use CAT5 instead of RG6.
Thanks....

Cat5 is what I use for my uverse setup. Works great. I also tested it using RG6 and it made no difference in my house, but some say they have issues with RG6 and I think it has to do with how the coax was run and the amount of reflection in the cable.

The one thing you do gain by doing coax to the STB is you can then use the ethernet port on the STB as a network jack if you don't have one in the room.
