Velocity no longer in the BB pack?

Other site is reporting Velocity is no longer part of the BB package, and is in every package 120 and up. Any more info on this?
(Might explain what appears to be wrong info in the uplink report showing it to be preview)

I seem to have it with the 200 package, now I can delete the old test channel link and see the guide info!

Considering that Discovery HD Theater was never intended to be a pay-only channel (other than having cable/satellite,) all I can say is 'bout time they let more people see it other than on the so-called "test" channel.
