Deal covers all CNN/TNT/TBS Turner networks, as well as TNT HD.

I believe the only two major hold-outs at this point are Disney with ESPN/ABC and Viacom with MTV/Nick/CBS.

Verizon certainly is building up a strong suite of channels. Every deal that they have signed is for every channel a provider offers, so if they do sign agreements with every major (and minor) programmer then they will offer virtually every channel (with exceptions like internationals).

Just an update for the agreements that are NOT signed,

Disney/ESPN/ABC control the following networks:
ESPN (HD)
ESPN 2 (HD)
ESPNEWS
ESPN Classic
ESPN U
ABC Family
Disney Channel
Toon Disney
SoapNet

Disney also has interest in the following networks, which may or may not need an additional Agreements. Case and point Disney owns a portion of A&E but A&E/History signed a separate aggrement earlier:
Lifetime
Lifetime Movie
Lifetime Real Women
E! Entertainment
Style Network

Viacom Controlled channels:
MTV
MTV 2
MTV Hits
MTV Jams
MTV U (May not be part of agreement)
Nickelodeon
NickToons
Nick GAS
VH1
VH1 Classic
VH1 Country
VH1 Soul
VH Uno
VH1 Megahits
Comedy Central
Spike TV
CMT
TV Land
Logo
Noggin/The N
BET
BET Jazz
BET Gospel

Feel free to add any if I forgot :)
