Veryfing my install order

I just placed an order to install Dish service (switching from Directv). They gave me an account number and I was able to log into Dish web site. I wanted to verify my order. However, I didn't see anything under Orders. Shouldn't I see what's is going to be install (dish, receivers) under Service Calls?
 
VERIFY, VERIFY, VERIFY!

You can see my post about my inlaws. We had a gigantic run around that was 2 installs, many phone calls, many chats, and technically didn't install what was originally lined up.

I called three different times to confirm their order since it was a little odd (because of the great deal they received). Confirmed, confirmed, confirmed. Installer shows up with a 722, a 612, and a 211k when it was confirmed three times to be two 722s.

A giant mess, it wouldn't hurt to confirm the initial costs and monthly costs from different sources.
