That definition only applies to things like software bug fixes , ADD new ota channel feature on the hopper , etc. But when it comes to paying your bills on time or short contract extensions , then soon means NOW!
 
Did the channels go off? No

If someone didn't write that they were in talks (or a dispute) would you even know they were in a dispute? Nope.

Business goes on like normal.
