Video On Demand with VIP922 help

When I search for movies some show up as Dish Online Catalog/Video On Demand. When I select it it doesn't allow me to watch it on my TV. How can I watch it on my 922 or can I only watch it on my computer? Is there On Demand with the 922?

it depends on what you are trying to watch. some shows are on your hard drive right now, others need to be downloaded. after you download a show it will be in the rentals section of "my media". what title are you trying to select?

When you say it doesn't allow you to watch it, what do you mean? What happens when you select it?

it shows the info screen but no way to download the show
