When I click on a link posted in SG I notice my browser briefly goes to viglink.com before connecting... A few times my browser would just hang up on a white blank page and time out. What is that? When I first noticed this I ran a virus scan, malware scan, cleaned out my cache files, cookies, search history and ran ccleaner. It is still there.

When I did a search of VigLink.com I found the site pictured in the thumbnail below. I wish I had known beforehand if it is something that helps pay the bills around here.......I don't particularly, unknowingly like being redirected somewhere else, but then again this might just be my ignorance, or is there some crap inadvertently installed on my end that I can't find?......

Will someone explain this to me?​

We have been using this service for 2 years now if not longer, but recently the company (driving revenue) was purchased and the name was just changed (within the past few weeks) to Viglink.

I saw it too, for a split-second while I loaded another tab. Now I know it's all good.

I've seen that else where too. Google Ventures has made investments in it. Google is everywhere!!
