I just installed two new vip 211. The check switch ran and all satellites were found I have good signal. When we try to selcet the hd channels a message from dish shows up and sas this feature needs to be activated. I called dish an they said the hd features for that receiver has been activated. whats wrong the cable , lnb what is wrong.
