I have a problem I hope someone can help.. I have a VIP211 in the bedroom and just bought a AN1 digital flat antenna that I am sitting on top of the receiver. I hooked it up to the antenna IN and scanned for local digital channels. it didnt find any. HOWEVER, I have one of those FREE digital converter boxes and with the same antenna I get a whole bunch of channels. Is there someone I need to do so I can receive the HD signal? Is the OTA tuner in the 211 not very strong and I need a better antenna? HELP!! I want to get a few HD channels that they dont offer in my area on dish but are there on OTA..
