VIP 211 Switching from HD

When i watch a SD ch on my 211 and switch to an HD ch. I get he error the sat. signal has been lost. and it try to acquire it on 61.5 and never does. I did a check switch everything ok finds all 3 sats 110/119/61.5 both of my 722 switch fine i also tried another port on my 2 dp34 switches. Still same issues any ideas ??

Go to MENU 6>1>3 and let it run through and see if 61.5 shows green. You could have a marginal signal that's passing the switch test but is missing transponders.

61.5 is green signal strength 76

Do you live in the Florida area? A lot of people are having issues with the 61.5 satalite at transponder 19.

Then your in the same boat as a bunch of us. I would call just so it can be on record. The more complaints they get the sooner it will come up on their reports.
