ViP 622 DVR - Everything works except guide not comming up

Just installed a Dish network in a home and i got everything working except when i press "Guide" the guide doesnt show up, but Im able to use the Channel + and - and see shows etc. I called Dish and they pinged the reciever and reset it, but it didn't work.

Any ideas?
Anyone have this issue before?

Did you run a check switch? You have to run a check switch and let it down load the guide. Also you have to call Dish and let them enable it too.

I believe you will have to put the unit on standby (power down with remote) for a while for your complete guide to download.
