vip 622 Receiver Problems

ok..... Our vip 622 dual receiver was working just fine. then when we went to reset the pixcels the tv went black and white

the dvd is color our Wii is color but the "live tv" is only in black and white.

Plus we can't get it off "grey bar"......

HELP!

You mean you tried to reset resolution. Unplug the receiver for a minute and let it re-boot. See what happens.
