ViP-722 Freezing - HELP!
I have a 722 that keeps freezing. Most evenings when I try and watch the screen saver is present but not moving, and no buttons on the remote will wake it up. The only solution is a hard reset. Some evenings this will clear up the problem but other evenings it will freeze while watching a show.
My question is since it's a leased box, what do I need to do to get a replacement for the least out-of-pocket cost to me?
