vip 722 video audio lag

Hi Guys,
It's been a couple years since I've been on Sat Guys. Any suggestions to synchronize the audio and video on my VIP 722 DVR.

Welcome back. I have a 722 and don't have this issue. Which outputs are displaying this problem? I think there's an audio setup option somewhere to pick an HDTV that delays (?) the sound to match up pretty well.

Does this issue occur on all of the channels? How long has this issue been occurring?

Thanks for the reply. I am using the HDMI connection. I noticed the lag for the last couple of months. I see it occurring on ESPN and local stations as well.
