VIP211 Local Sat Channels Map down

I have two vip211s that are experiencing the same problem. On both I have local sat channel map down enabled, but there are no channels appearing below ch. 100. I can see them in their 4 digit channel range. They are chattanooga locals starting at 7330 and two of them are in hd at channel 5151 and 5153. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Pull the power plug for a minute and replug it in. Then wait for bootup sequences to complete.

Tried that... plus the 2nd vip211 is brand new... wouldnt map down at of the box even though it was already set to.

Disable remapping, cold reboot - check guide, then enable again, cold reboot - see the guide

sometimes your changes not stored in NVRAM by unknown reason

For some reason the mapping feature is located under the Local Channels menu.

ok so for Dish HD channels I selected "disable" and I held the front power button down for 6 seconds and am rebooting now.

So cold reboot is when you hold down front panel power button correct? If so I did everything and still nothing.

You don't have to reboot, select disable and then done. It should take care of itself.

ok enabled both and they are back after reboot 3rd time

Ok... I have no luck getting locals to map down on my vip211s. They are not mapped down on my 2 sd receivers either. Maybe its something to do with chattanooga locals, I dunno.
