VIP211 no sound with OTA

I have a good OTA digital signal(65-70), one is SD and one is HD.

But for some reason I do not get any audio with these 2 channels but get great sound with all the Dish channels.

Never had this problem with the 811, but do with the 211.

I am running a optical audio line from the 211 to my Yamaha receiver.

Am I just doing something stupid or is this a problem with the 211?

211 ota sound

I have this occurrence also. I have to reboot the 211 then I get the sound. I believe that this is one of the problems with the 211. I usually have to reboot about 2-3 a week.

I'm not getting audio from the HDMI port right now, any channel on the dish box. OTA to my TV works, not not via the box.

I tried resetting by holding the button down till it rebooted, but still nothing. I'm going to try a hard reset (remove the plug) and see if that fixes it, otherwise I guess I'm calling Dish.

I have a 211 and am running the optical out on the 211 to my Yamaha receiver and am not having any problems with audio.
