VIP222K No 61.5 HD

I have a VIP222K receiver with a DPP Twin w/separator and a separate dish pointed at 61.5. When I do the switch check it verifies I am receiving 119, 110, and 61.5 but when I try to tune a channel on 61.5 i get an error message saying acquiring signal but it never does acquire a signal....and ideas whats going on?

Which channel, transponder does this happen on? What is the signal strength. It is possible to have the check switch verified and not have all the channels, your 61.5 dish may need to be tweeked.

Well it searches all the transponders but never gets a lock. I used an FTA receiver to point the dish and had very good signal levels on the transponders I was about to receive.
