ViP622 Storage Available/Used

Its plainly listed on your list of DVR titles. Actually, the estimated time remaining expressed in both HD & SD terms.

Does the OTA Record use the same amount of disk space when you record 4:3 SD as compaired to a true OTA HD. Also with the different levels of HD PQ "HD LITE" will disk space be more or less per hour?

HD stations upconvert SD material to HD resolutions so it takes up the same amount of space. Usually sub channels are not sent in HD resolution and take up about the same amount of space as a dish channel.

Dish DVRs record the bit stream directly so the more compressed a channel is the less space it takes on the transponder and your hard drive.

Dish records the stream at the bitrate/resolution it's rec'd at. A low-bitrate program will take up less space than a high-bitrate program. The time available numbers are estimates, it seems, though. You can delete a 1-hour program and sometimes gain more than an hour back or sometimes less than an hour.
