VIP622 -> VIP922 install question

I have an appointment Friday to upgrade my 622 to a 922. Currently I do not use an EHD. Will the installer be able to transfer my DVR recordings to the 922 or had I better watch my recordings fast before I lose them? Can my timers also be transferred to the new unit?

I do not believe the programming or timers will transfer.

No none of that stuff can be transfered, I would get a EHD and backup your videos from your 622.

Did the CSR mention that the 922 is only for 1 room? If you are currently using the 622 for 2 rooms you will need another receiver or mirror programming.
