Go to avsforum dot com. (Register as a member there. Sponsor vendors, including VA, often run specials for avsforum members.) You'll find plenty of happy customers there. I just bought from Plasma Concepts and have been quite happy with the product and service.

I have bought both a 42" Plasma and a 50" Plasma from them. Good Service both times.
