I just can't imagine a world (or at least our household) without VOOM.
Every time I watch it I am amazed! Right now have John Mayall and
the Bluesbreakers with Eric Clapton on. Incredible! And this after
watching 3 movies, a show on Vincent van Gogh and one on El Greco.
You just can't find this anywhere else. Period!

I have a feeling we have not seen the end of "VOOM". A little voice
is telling me we have not seen the end of Charles Dolan's dream
whether or not it is called by the same name. Just you wait.

Obviously, still watching and enjoying HDTV via VOOM under mostly
cloudy (well, we do live in Seattle after all!) skies, Gill

I also think we have not seen the end of an HDTV satellite service from Charles Dolan.

I don't think it will be called Voom, as that has some negative conotations assocatied with cablevision.

I think we may hear something after the board meeting today. It also might have to wait until after the shutdown of Voom. I am going to wait it out and see before signing up with any other service. I have Dish Network on hold, so all I will have to do is call them and have them turn it back on. We were on a yearly pay option with them, but we most likely will convert to a monthly pay option.
