[VOOM] Dead Receiver

My receiver died after the 6.2 upgrade. It worked intermittently for
a few days, and then the information in the guide started to drop
out, and then the channel names disappeared and the time was off. I
rebooted it (power plug out of the wall), and then it never came
back. Is there something I could have done to prevent this?

[VOOM] Re: Dead Receiver

Did you leave your receiver on or put it in standby when you weren't
watching? Sometimes leaving them on 24/7 can cause problems,
otherwise, I don't think it was anything you did.

I hope you have called for a service call, so the receiver can be
replaced.
