[VOOM/DISH/OTA] NO SIGNAL

I just received a voom with the latest software. I must be doing
something wrong. I can't get any signal. The list of local channels
is not for my area. Chicago. It is pretty frustrating. The present
antenna is Jensen 920. I just purchased the new TERK HDTVLP

LOW PROFILE INDOOR ANTENNA. Any help in getting unit to work would
be
greatly appreciated.

if the unit came from the chicago area then that is normal. have you figured out the menu system yet so you can perform a channel scan of your local area?
