If you are getting a screen that says VOOM is "not authorized" or
something similar then there is no fix for that receiver at this time
and you have a doorstop. If you got it off ebay you might try for a
refund if it was misrepresented. The only VOOM receivers that will
allow viewing of OTA channels are those that were authorized at the
end of the VOOM signal. Many of the not authorized receivers will
scan the locals but that darn blocking screen will keep coming up.
