As you might remember here in Seattle judges cut down trees on public
land to get views of Puget Sound.
A friend yesterday was telling me of taking friends from Tenn. up to
Mt. Rainier. Had been cloudy in Tacoma and all the way to THE mt. and
he had about given up hope. However, going around a turn on the road
to Lake Mowich there it was accompanied by a gasp from his friends.
They were truly impressed. And then there is Mt. St. Helens blowing
its top but that is another story.
