[VOOM] Hey," lewismipolnet" about VOOM!

We've been with VOOM since Dec. 12th. Sure we've had a few issues and
I've posted about them on various forums mostly here but we still have
VOOM and enjoy it! They seem to care and do everything they can to
resolve issues.

Don't know where you live but we live in Seattle which should be
enough said about CLOUDS and RAIN. We get service living out here on
the edge of the US but still get a great signal.

Finally, as Stoneman said those who post on here usually post about
problems. That leaves the vast majority never posting.

Absolutely Gill. My Dad is in Fort Lauderdale area and had Voom reception
with little to no fade.. until he lost power

I get raid fade on my 18" dish and am thinking of buying my own 36" dish
from an online retailer. I'm probably going to wait until sometime next
month when I know better what Voom is going to do in reference the 2nd
satellite. Other than that, I'm very happy with Voom.. the product, the
service and the people!

Same here VOOMing since 11/06/03, growing pains ? yes, but VOOM has
always made it right with me.
Your choice should come down to go with HD or an SD provider
