This list is becoming useless due to the SPAM that's coming through.
Maybe someone can investigate a better host for the list so we're no
longer inundated with appeals to enhance our s_x appeal and help smuggle

I already offered the solution. The moderators need only switch to
moderated joining. Each member who joins must be approved. Anyone who
spams the list is removed. You can also choose to approve the first post by
any new member.
