[VOOM] How's your service?

How's your service early? I noticed during the past two weeks, I
have experienced one or more lock ups per day and the programming
information mysteriously disappears. It is getting as bad as my
first experience in February when it took four receiver exchanges to
get reliable service.

How's your service lately? I noticed during the past two weeks, I

reliable service since March.

Hi:
My service is a lot less reliable lately but when I posted a question about it someone (who doesn't work for VOOM) told me it was the same software problems that have always existed. I am finding it hard to get a straight answer on here lately. If it is the same software bugs why did it get worse lately?
 
My service has not gotten worse. Why would it for some but not others?

[VOOM] Re: How's your service?

The current software is around 60 days old. It is stable and have
not caused lock ups and lost of programming info until recently.
Maybe Voom is trying different downlink schemes. I wish someone
would let us know otherwise Voom will get a huge jump in service
calls.

[VOOM] Re: How's your service lately?

I had the same problem, they replaced two of my four receivers with
the new ones and it has been rock solid, except for the rain fade
last nigh.
