[VOOM] HGTV, no rumor

HG will be on VOOM tomorrow, they made a big stick about it today.
And rightly so, many of you have been waiting awhile for it.

There should be a press release soon. Rainbow is adding a satelite,
and reportedly going to launch 200 standard def channels in addition
to nearly doubling the HD content...next year.

I seen people say its up and running and Foodnetwork is to come next week, Right now its SD. Maybe they will do HD in the future.

I read in an article yestyrday that Food Network will be HD. I hope so.....

Food Network is one of the channels strongly rumored to be going HD
sometime next year. I have heard they rented space on a newly
launched satellite for their HD channel. Hopefully when it debuts
VOOM will be one of the first to carry the HD channel.

I know VOOM contracted for TNT, and had the SD version on for a
while and had the TNT-HD channel on upon the first day of its
launch. Let's all hope this will be the scenario for Food Network.
It would be mighty tasty to see all that food in HD.
