[VOOM] Is the Guide Down?

I've had no guide since last night, Are they fixing something?

------------------------

I had no guide either today but I did a soft reboot and it came up pretty quick. First time it has happened to me.

Do a receiver reset. If that doesn't work, unplug the receiver for 10
seconds then plug it back in.

I had no guide, did a soft re-boot and still have no guide after 20 minutes. How long should the guide take to download with the new software?

No guide data when I got home at 5pm, I rebooted and have it now. Didnt time it but since its 5:20pm it took less than 20 minutes.

No guide data since this morning.

What is a "soft reboot" and how do you do it?

I'll unplug and replug for now then check guide later when I get back home.

Uplugging, waiting 10 seconds is a hard boot.

Holding in the power button until the screen goes black and than releasing is a soft boot.

I had to a soft reboot on both my receivers yesterday to get the PG to load. All is running fine now.
