[VOOM] regional sports?

I wanted to ask this question again to the group...

Does anyone have any idea if Voom will ever offer
regional Fox Sports channels?

I currently am a Charter subscriber but have been
planning to switch to Voom soon. I just found out
about a significant price increase for Charter in
January and now its time to change to some sort of
satellite provider. Fox Sports Midwest is the channel
I get now and watch it for St.Louis Cardinals and
Blues games. That is really the only channel that I
watch that is not currently offered by Voom. If there
is a possibility that they would add Fox Sports
regional channels soon I would be ok with missing that
channel for awhile. If there is no possibility of
adding regional sports, then I will probably have to
look elsewhere for satellite service.

No one can answer for sure, but the fact that they have Fox Sports Net FL as
a regional offering is a good sign.

I'm hoping they add Fox Sports South soon!

There is Fox regional sports available in FL, although I know this is
no help to you. VOOM is working to get other Fox regional sports
networks but no specific date has been set

I believe Cablevision own's a 51% stake in a few Fox Sports Net.
Off the top of my head I think they're FSNY , Fox Sports Ohio &
Florida. Maybe that's why VOOM got the FS FL so fast.

I've also heard that Florida is one of the biggest subscription areas
for Voom. My guess is that they'll get the regional sports network
for an area as the subscription levels reach a point to justify it.
