Hello everyone I had Voom sevice guy out today to help me get 2 OTA channels that I am missing,well he came out and did not have much info for me when I asked.. I told him about the upgraded antenna that Voom offers but he had no clue on the type so I told him about the channel master.. I also asked him what is the diffrence between OFF AIR SIGNAL QUALITY and OFF AIR SIGNAL POWER?
He told me that the Voom techs that were certifing him did not have the answer to that question, when he asked..
I guess here is the queston I want to ask. What is the diffrence and how can I minipulate Off air signal power and off air signal quality? sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I thought it would fit right in.. Thanks Slick
