I have a limit to spend also. I take Cox Digital Cable to get some of the
national feeds that hopefully will be on VOOM in the near future. I would go
to VaVaVoom if there were more national channels, and drop Cox to Basic
Cable.
I also have Netflix so my total entertainment bill is around $130 a month.
What I would miss if I dropped Voom is the High Def. Cox is still in the
Stone Age with High Def.
I'm a Charter Subsciber so I have invested $800 that I would have to write
off as well.
Possibly, Direct TV or Dish will come up with a High Def Package Only that
will be affordable. That would be a great add-on with Cable.
