[VOOM] Voom HD compared to local PBS-HD OTA

I just watched the Berlin Philharmonic with Claudio Abbado on Bravo HD+. It was good
however, I saw some pixellation and other artifacts. This is common to pretty much all
channels on Voom as well as DirecTV.

Right afterward, I watched the San Francisco Symphony with Michael Tilson Thomas
playing Tchaikovsky's 4th symphony on the local PBS-HD OTA.

What a difference? The full bandwidth local channel was awesome. No artifacts of any
kind. I watched the conductor's baton moving rapidly flawlessly - no artifacts.

OTA wins - Voom needs to get better.
