[VOOM] Voom Moderated

As of tonight, this yahoo group is now moderated by 3 people. We all have
full time jobs and lives but we'll try to keep things in check. The group
has been changed so only members can post messages and only moderaters can
post files (no more devil worship files in the file cabinet).
