Voom's Live Chat access!

If anyone knows of the back way to get into the live chat part of voom, I would appreciate that link. I am unable to get to through the Chat Live link located on the Voom.com homepage.

Voompire, there are some things going on right now. If you haven't read the recent posts, go to the News and Developments forum of VoOm and you'll see what is taking place.

The website is not fully functional because of these events, but if you have a problem, either call VoOm at 1-800-438-VOOM, or post in the Help forum. Someone here may be able to assist you.
