Wally search issues

Finally bought a new Wally from my local Dish retailer, and it's been connected since Thursday. For some reason, the search function doesn't work. No matter what I type (name of movie, TV show, name of channel) it comes up with zero results. Is this a known issue? I called Dish and they said I need to schedule a remote session with "Doctor Dish," whatever that is. I guess I can do that tonight when I get home. Just a bummer that I can't search for anything.
 
I have the Hopper 3, once it updated recently, my search is junk, zero results, It used to be perfect. I can search for a show I'm watching now and it still shows zero. I contacted Dish, they said they'll make a note to tech, but didn't know of any issues lol.
