Hilarious: not even the $699 version will be able to read your PSOne, PS2 memory cards - you have to buy a USB card reader for extra $$$, the built-in one doesn't support Sony's own former memory card standards.

Can you do that at all with the 360? I have a few xbox games I started over on the 360 because I do not know of anyway to move the saves. As much as I hate sony at least they are offering an option.

Who's talking about Xbox?

Did you get my point at all? They're charging $600 and yet you have to buy another $20 a piece stuff.

Arrogance at its best.

PS: price corrected.

Didn't Xbox say it was going to be backwards compatible with all its game and then when it was released it would only play a handful. I sure hope Sony isn't pulling any legs like Xbox did.

Old news, It is, Sony has stated they will be going the route of Microsoft.
