warranty coverage fee

Is the additional monthly charge (for about $5 I think) worth it? I'm a new customer and debating if I should get this warranty coverage thing.

No. The way they work it now. You only need to add it when you actually need it

So if something breaks after a year or if you need in home service after 90 days noy, add it when you need it.Then once the job is done remove it again.

I called them last night to remove it and they said that I couldn't did I just get ahole of a crappy CSR? Should I call back?

Maybe you can't remove it until after it's been billed for a month? But you should be able to remove it sometime.

The only time you would be unable to remove it is if you are under a commitment for either 12/24 months in which case your getting a 5.99 credit to corrospond with the changes anyways.

Makes sense I am under contract due to a 1 yr agreement to get the HD pack and free install crap.
