Watching recordings from joey

Anyone having problems watching recordings on there Joey. My recordings that i am trying to watch on my Joey have been cutting off?

Yes, I will be watching a show and then it will just stop playing and then a red stop sign looking symbol will appear?

I have not seen this on mine. What software version are you on? Does this happen on the Hopper? Is it on all recordings?

I would have to check my Joey, but the Hopper is on the latest 213. Yes all recordings and it is not the tv programs as I can continue watching the programs back on my Hopper

Do a power line reboot of your entire system starting with the Hopper, then all the Joeys.
