I have a property where their own electricians ran the cable from our DMARK closet with our swm 32's to the customers unit. I believe they may have stapled the cable and its causing intermittent pixelation to the customers genie. I have replaced everything possible but the cable from the unit to the dmark. Is there a way to test with the AIM meter or do i need to purchase a special piece of equipment. Thanks.

Check for continuity between the sheathed and the center conductor.

Im sure if the center conductor was split you would get zero picture....but if its part compromised who knows.

Just get a cheap VOM meter
