Weak STO

The thing about this is I had it fine for years and it didn't go away over night.
Like I said, it's weak here too. With a 10 foot dish, and PLL LNBs, the signal is about half of the other TPs on that sat.

STO is on a TP that is using every bit of its bandwidth; is mostly the 29270's tribal effect; whereby the "free tv" channel is grouped with an old digicipher II group. When you get that much going on on any one broadcast, it makes everything work hard trying to "see" it. Broadcaster's like this, even way back when, knew exactly what they were doing; leaving the smaller dishes out of their broadcasting! How do they do it today? They know the "failures" that installation companies have, they know the "weaknesses" of each equipment type and especially brand; AND THEY KNOW HOW WHAT THEY CAN DO to make "these others", whom are really not attuned to their own beliefs (like TI or dish size or pll vs. oldest lnb still alive etc. etc. etc.) all the way to the manufacturer whom really doesn't know old tp's still are used, and require the same great installation and manufacturing; AS WELL AS DESIGN, that has been since the 60's, when satellite was first put into operation FROM SPACE! The only thing that has changed is how cheaply it can be done (knowledge 2nd) really does not matter!

It is kinda like somebody who steals something valuable; do you then pay full price for such an object?
