Weird screen issues with Starz East HD

I've noticed on Starz East HD this morning that the picture looks either out of alignment or zoomed in. The top of the picture is cut off. I've noticed this morning with The Cable Guy, Life and now Ratatouille.

Starz West HD seems ok. Does anybody else have this same issue?

After being messed up all day they finally fixed it.
