Weird slow down standard definition only

Hi.We just switched from Directv standard def to Dish HD.Anyway,Im getting this weird sorta slowdown,like its in slowmotion for a split second.I see it mostly on basketball but i sorta see it on regular veiwing too but not nearly as bad..It happens on both our receivers,the 722 and the 625 This only happens in SD.It doesnt do it on HD with the 722 but does do it with the 722 and 625 on SD.It does it on our crt tvs and our HD lcd.Its irritating.Is this something im going to have to live with?Never had this problem with direct tv.Any input welcome.Thanks!

Well it could be any number of things. If you just switched, I would have the tech come back and check everything out. My first thought is to be sure you have a good signal.
