What a way to regain customers

when you lease an IRD is the contract with a specific plan or just as long as i keep service...i.e. i lease it, get HD Bronze, but 6 months in decide i want to downgrade to AT60...is that considered breaking commitment?

I think that if you have an MPEG4 reciever, HDbronze is the lowest plan you can get(that or HD only for $29.99).

Find a local retailer to help you out. They will often be willing to "bend" some rules to make a sale. Be prepared to sign a 3rd party "no cancel" contract.

I don't think so, but why not get one when it is included in the $299 price?

This morning when speaking to someone about upgrading I was told I can't get the dish 1000 because I have the 61.5 and the 119/110. They said they aren't putting them up for the heck of it only if needed.
