Had to mow again yesterday. Temps still running 10-15F above normal in the high 70s to low 80's. Supposed to get a real cold shot tomorrow and be in the 20's to 40s until Tuesday before back to above normal 70-80s. At least the hard freeze will put an end to the mowing until spring.

Probably should mow one more time, cut watering back after hunting season, close to freezing tonight and 60's tomorrow before warming back up...

So you say you're moving your investments to NYC?

if i had investment properites in NY id'e toss everyone out. and take my loss. then i would sign leases with the federal govt then i would get to the dept of defence and put troops in ice agents and bill the feds!!! and not rent to new yorkers. i would just lease the joint to federal agents like the FBI troops ice agents and so forth... not a damm thing they can do about it
